Inside Sales Rep - Remote
The Remote Inside Sales Rep increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/outgoing potential customer inquiries, while using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

JOB FUNCTIONS
ā¢ Establishes customer contact by initiating followup outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
ā¢ Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequatelyassessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitatingphysician communication as necessary
ā¢ Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services
ā¢ Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
ā¢ Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well asadhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
ā¢ Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
ā¢ Completes and ensures accurate validation of insurance benefits
ā¢ Provides customer followup as required
ā¢ Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, with the ability to trackand report progress of sales results
