Responsibilities Develop technical knowledge of our products through commitment to professional development through online and in-person factory training (requires some traveling) Review design documents and specifications, perform takeoffs and utilize various manufacturer tools and software to develop project-specific quotes Assist with technical support and compile submittal packages Process orders and track equipment purchases in conjunction with an internal software platform and provide customers with prompt and periodic updates Compile installation, operation and maintenance manuals and closeout documentation for projects Manage virtual files for projects that you are involved with Support database management, bid forecast and pipeline as required Skills Organized and detail orientated The ability to closely collaborate.
