Inside Sales Development Representative (Remote – U.S. / EST Hours)

Compensation: $15–$17/hr + Commission (Typical annual earnings $50K–$70K, with six-figure potential for top performers)

About The Role
MOGEL, on behalf of a mission-driven organization in the credit and financial wellness space, are seeking Inside Sales Development Representatives to convert inbound, pre-qualified leads. Fully remote within the U.S. - and 100% inbound. No cold calling.
What You’ll Do
• Engage warm inbound prospects using consultative, structured sales conversations and scripts.
• Lead clear, value-based presentations that build trust and guide customers to the best solution.
• Meet and exceed performance targets (sales, quality, compliance, and conversion metrics).
• Enter accurate data and follow workflows using Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms.
• Maintain a client-first experience with professionalism, clarity, and financial empathy.
• Partner with internal teams to support continuous improvement and customer success.
What You Bring
• 1–2 years of B2C inside sales experience, highly preferred: credit, lending, financial services, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.
• Familiarity with financial wellness topics (credit repair, credit cards, lending, etc.).
• Comfortable with scripted, compliance-driven processes and structured workflows.
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems during live calls.
• Access to required technology (see specs below).
Work Schedule (Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | EST Hours)
This role is five (5) days per week (40 hours/week). You will not work Monday–Friday and Saturday.
Shifts are assigned within the coverage window of 9:00 AM–10:00 PM ET. Each shift is 9 hours total including a 1-hour unpaid meal break (8 paid working hours).
Schedule Options
• Monday–Friday (5 days/week) OR
• Monday–Thursday + Saturday (5 days/week)
Shift Options May Include (examples And Subject To Availability)
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (1-hour unpaid break)
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET (1-hour unpaid break)
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET (1-hour unpaid break)
Training
2 weeks paid training (M-F 9am-6pm ET and 1hr unpaid break)
1 week paid nesting period ( (M-F 10am-7pm ET and 1hr unpaid break)
Required Technology (Needed Prior To Training Start)
To ensure call quality, security, and compliance, all team members must use approved equipment.
If you don’t currently meet these requirements, you can still apply— you’ll just need to have them before your training start date. (Equipment is not provided.)
Minimum Computer & Network Specs
• OS: Windows 10 or 11 Professional or macOS Sonoma/Sequoia/Tahoe
• Processor: Intel i5/i7/i9 (8th gen+), AMD Ryzen 3/5/7/9 (2nd gen+), or Apple Silicon M1–M4
• RAM: 8GB minimum
• Storage: 256GB SSD recommended
• Display: 15.6" laptop or 20"+ monitor, 720p+
