SoCal Basketball Club is hiring experienced remote telemarketers to join our growing youth basketball program. About Us We run a tuition-free youth basketball program for kids K-12 in Southern California. Over 500 families have signed up in the past few months and we're scaling fast. We're hiring callers to reach parents who've already expressed interest in the program and help them complete registration. What You'll Do β’ Call warm leads from our Facebook and Instagram ads (no cold lists, no bought lists) β’ Follow our proven, compliance-approved script β’ Confirm interested parents and help them register their kids β’ Work from home using the dialer system we provide β’ Mon-Fri schedule with flexible shift options Compensation β’ $18/hour base (W-2 employee, paid biweekly via Gusto) β’ $25 bonus for every registration you generate β’ Realistic earnings for strong reps $80-90/hour effective rate based on top performer history β’ Hourly base is guaranteed regardless of bonus performance What We're Looking For β’ Previous phone sales or telemarketing experience required β’ Strong English communication skills, professional phone voice β’ Quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet β’ Reliable computer (we provide dialer software and training) β’ US-based β we are not hiring internationally for this role β’ W-2 employment eligible β’ Comfortable following a compliance-approved script (legal requirement for this role) β’ Ability to commit to at least 25 hours/week, Mon-Fri Why This Job Is Different β’ You're not selling something that costs money β this is a free program for kids β’ Leads are warm β parents have already filled out an interest form β’ We have the data approximately 1 in 7 leads converts to a registration β’ We provide the dialer, the script, the leads, and the training β’ Hourly base is guaranteed even on slow weeks β’ We're growing fast β there's real long-term opportunity here The First Few Shifts All new hires start with a paid training period during which we evaluate fit for the role. You'll be paid for all hours worked. We make a continued employment decision based on demonstrated performance after your first few shifts.
