Inside Sales - Call Center
P.J. Fitzpatrick, the most recognized name in the home services industry is expanding our inbound sales support team, and customer service team. We currently have openings for people to take inbound calls or make outbound calls and schedule appointments for our repair experts and sales team. You will receive paid professional training and will be taught the fundamentals to succeed at a high level.

Excellent verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office experienceExcellent listening skillsStrong written communication skillsThe ability to communicate respectfully and persuasively with lots of different personalitiesComfortable working with scripted materialAbility to answer inquiries by clarifying information, researching information.Ability to build positive report with various types of customers, while demonstrating proper etiquette and the ability to effectively control the callAbility to recognize opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new products and their benefitsCustomer service experience preferredMust live in DE, MD, PA, NJ, VA, DC
