We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Inside Salesperson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by assisting with quote generation for Loewen windows and providing personalized assistance to our clients.
Responsibilities
?Collaborate with the sales team to generate accurate quotes for Loewen windows based on client specifications and project requirements.
?Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to gather necessary information for quote generation and address any inquiries or concerns.
?Maintain detailed records of quotes, client interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.
?Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
?Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client issues.
Requirements
?Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or related fields.
?Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
?Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret client requirements.
?Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
?Ability to use manufacturer quoting software and accurately build quotes.
?Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage time and priorities.
?Experience in construction and/or architecture is required.
?Familiarity with Loewen windows or similar products is preferred but not required.
