MSCI Inc. is a leading provider of risk and performance analytics solutions, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist/ Junior Sales Associate to support their Analytics business. The role involves engaging with clients, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with senior sales professionals to enhance investment processes using MSCI's tools. Responsibilities Partner with senior sales executives to support all stages of the sales process, from prospecting through closing and onboarding Conduct market research and identify potential clients across the Americas region Prepare tailored client presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs Support client meetings and product demonstrations by developing a strong understanding of MSCI’s Analytics offerings, including risk models, performance attribution, and portfolio construction tools Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and assist with pipeline reporting Collaborate with internal teams — including product management, client coverage, and marketing — to ensure client needs are met effectively Analyze client portfolios and usage data to identify opportunities for expansion and increased adoption Skills 1–2 years of experience in financial services, analytics, investment research, or B2B sales Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong understanding or interest in quantitative investment analytics, portfolio management, and risk management concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-centric mindset Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) High motivation to learn, collaborate, and develop a career in a global organization Benefits Transparent compensation schemes and comprehensive employee benefits, tailored to your location, ensuring your financial security, health, and overall wellbeing.
