Company Background Industrial Inspection & Analysis®️ (IIA) is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Inside Sales professional to support our business development efforts across Western North America. This role will play a key part in managing inbound leads, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting client engagement initiatives.IIA is an emerging, high growth inspection, testing, and analytical business seeking to build a national platform in order to serve a breadth of industrial sectors and geographies. Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including lead tracking, data cleanup, and conversion optimizationConduct initial outreach to inbound leads in Western USA and Canada (East managed separately)Follow up on dormant or aging leads and coordinate meeting scheduling for senior technical discussions Proactively contact clients who have not recently submitted samples, based on sales dashboard insights and direction from Inside Sales ManagerCoordinate order handoff to customer service and assist with follow-up as needed Candidate QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environmentProfessional demeanor, reliability, and strong interpersonal skillsQuick learner with a proactive mindsetPrevious customer service or inside sales experience and/or previous experience in fuel/oil testing preferredPosition DetailsPart-time role (up to 20 hours per week)Preference for candidates based in the West Coast time zone (minimum 4 hours per day)Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, commensurate with experienceBenefits OfferedMedical (w/Mental Health coverage), Dental, Vision insuranceVoluntary Short-Term Disability, Critical Illness, and Accident plansEmployer-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off and Holidays
