Remote Full-time
About the position

As a Coding Analysis Technology Specialist at Parallon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of coding processes through advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough research aimed at identifying root causes and implementing process improvements related to NLP opportunities using the 3M 360 Encompass CAC system. Additionally, you will identify user acceptance behaviors within the system and escalate issues as necessary.
