What You'll Be Doing: • Support the development of new/revised curricula to maintain Program Of Instruction (POI). • Provide innovative learning solutions and apply industry best practices to address unique training challenges. • Provide research and recommend new training, educational, and multimedia technologies. • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. • Describe the capabilities and limitations of current and future PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies. What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Bachelors and 9+ years of experience, Masters and 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 4+ years of experience • TS/SCI Clearance • Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules. • Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs. • Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids. • Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
