Innovation & Strategy Business Analyst
Job Description: • Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients • Conduct research and data analysis for innovation projects • Gather and document business requirements and process maps • Prepare client deliverables and presentation materials • Support project tracking, reporting, and team capacity management • Collaborate with strategists and project leads to ensure timely delivery • Contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvement Requirements: • 3+ years in business analysis, consulting, or project support • Strong analytical and research skills • Experience with process mapping and documentation • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables • Familiarity with AI and digital transformation preferred • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders • Strong understanding of business process design and governance • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently • Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed • Consulting experience preferred • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools Benefits: Apply tot his job
