Develop and execute the innovation portfolio strategy for Humana's Medicaid Strategic Solutions division.
Identify new and innovative solutions that will enhance the health and well-being of our Medicaid population.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Create and maintain a project plan to ensure timely and successful execution of the innovation portfolio strategy.
Monitor and track the progress of innovation projects, providing regular updates to senior management.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of innovation initiatives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the execution of the innovation portfolio strategy.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the innovation strategy.
Act as a liaison between the Medicaid Strategic Solutions division and other departments within Humana to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Foster a culture of innovation within the team and the company as a whole.
Communicate the innovation portfolio strategy and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
Represent Humana at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on the latest trends and innovations.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of Humana by making a positive impact on the lives of our members and communities.
