Innovation Consultant, Data & Analytics – (REMOTE) – India
Description We’re expanding our Avaap’s India-based Center of Excellence (ACE) team with a strategic hire: a dedicated Innovation Consultant who will play a critical role in accelerating our innovation pipeline. This is a newly created position designed to build and demo cutting-edge solutions including but not limited to leveraging Workday Extend applications and Snowflake integrations and embedded insights. You’ll be part of a small, high-impact pilot group focused exclusively on innovation builds and prototypes, with strong internal support and structured technical direction. Why Avaap? • Be part of a focused innovation team with direct impact on go-to-market prototypes • Access to Avaap’s structured internal training, including Snowflake enablement • Work on high-visibility initiatives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment • Opportunity to grow your expertise across both the Workday and Snowflake ecosystems Responsibilities Include • Design and develop Workday Extend applications that embed Snowflake-powered insights directly into the Workday UI • Build and demo integrations between Workday and Snowflake, leveraging Python, SQL, and Workday Extend APIs • Collaborate with innovation leads and solution architects to understand technical requirements and deliver iterative prototypes • Participate in Avaap’s internal “Snowflake Boot Camp” training to accelerate ramp-up and align with standards • Support ongoing innovation sprints and PoCs (proof of concepts) Desired Experience and Skills • Experience with Workday Extend (certification highly preferred) • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL-based data modeling • Proficiency in Python and/or Java/Javascript • Strong understanding of Workday’s object model and integration points • Demonstrated ability to build demos or proof-of-concept applications • Snowflake certification or project experience, preferred • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, preferred • Exposure to Workday Reporting, Prism, or People Analytics, preferred Minimum Qualifications • Must be willing to work Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively • Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment • Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration Označeno kao design Apply tot his job
