Job Description:

As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will conduct initial intakes and consultations, ensuring that clients feel heard and cared for from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering new case intakes via phone, email, chat, etc.

- Gathering basic information about each new case and client.

- Entering all information into our case intake and case management systems.

- Following up with potential clients as necessary.

- Tracking and managing all intakes.

- Handling case declines and sign-ups as necessary.

- Other responsibilities as the position develops.

Qualifications:

-Experience: Previous experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is required.

- System Knowledge: Experience with Neos/Needles case management system is a plus.

-Language Skills: Bi-lingual proficiency is a must.

-Personal Traits: Compassionate, comforting, and able to convey empathy and care over the phone.

-Communication: Excellent “phone personality” with a friendly and welcoming tone.

-Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of extensive data input and follow-up.
