Infrastructure & DevOps Assistant Manager
We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure & DevOps Manager to design, automate, and operate modern IT infrastructure while leading and mentoring Infra and DevOps teams. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in cloud-native environments and automation-first culture.
Role Objective
Lead the design, automation, and operation of scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure platforms while driving DevOps best practices and reliability across the organization. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering (Hands-on)
Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid)Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormationManage and optimize Linux and Windows servers (Cloud and On-Prem)Design high-availability, scalable, and secure architecturesImplement backup, DR, and BCP solutions with clear RTO and RPO
DevOps & Automation
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration managementImplement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Support zero-downtime deployments and rollback strategiesPromote GitOps and automation-first practices
Platform Reliability & Observability
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)Improve system reliability following SRE principlesProactively identify performance bottlenecks and risksEnsure infrastructure security, patching, and hardening
Team Leadership & Governance
Lead and mentor Infra and DevOps engineersDefine standards, best practices, and operating proceduresCollaborate with Development, Security, and Architecture teamsManage vendors and partnersEnsure compliance with ISO 27001 and security policies
Required Skills and Experience
Technical (Hands-on Required)
