The Project Controls Analyst will provide support for project budgeting, scheduling, and cost management, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and sustainably.ResponsibilitiesYou'll provide controls support services in coordination with Planning, Design, and Construction Management staffYou'll support development of project budget and scheduleYou'll support cost management – including forecasting and change managementYou'll provide customized controls reportingYou'll produce cash-flow analysisYou'll conduct reconciliation of cost system data with accounting systemYou'll perform periodic updates of budget/cost and schedule data based on information provided by othersYou'll be able to present findings and recommendations to senior staff and/or clientsSkillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering0 -3 years of experience working on construction projectsSome experience with Project Management Information Systems, plus proficiency with MS Excel and Access, including query buildingMust be customer focused and have the ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions to a variety of complex matters of a diverse scope and nature and have demonstrated ability to be creative and have advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to transfer prior experience to new projectsExperience in strategic planning and execution with exceptional independent judgment and evaluationDemonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines while producing quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously managing several assignmentsA self-starter who solves problems and works independentlyOrganized and detail orientedStrong ability in establishing effective working relationships with others within and outside of the organization across all levels of responsibilityCompany OverviewAccenture is a professional services company that provides solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.
