Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. THE WORK: You’ll assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing project cost data, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing You’ll support the development of preliminary and detailed cost estimates under the guidance of senior estimating professionals You’ll review project drawings, specifications, and related documentation to identify cost drivers and scope considerations You’ll maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing benchmarks, and vendor/subcontractor information You’ll prepare quantity takeoffs and develop basic cost models to support estimate accuracy You’ll contribute to the preparation of estimate reports, presentations, and supporting materials for client and internal stakeholders You’ll coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain pricing inputs and clarify project requirements You’ll perform administrative and analytical tasks to support the estimating team’s operational efficiency Remote : This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, or related field) OR additional four (4) years of related experience. Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic estimating or project management software Ability to interpret technical documents such as drawings and specifications (or willingness to learn) BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Familiarity with cost estimating tools or quantity takeoff software Prior internship or entry‑level experience in estimating, project coordination, or related roles Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced consulting environment Strong analytical and numerical skills We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
