About the role

We are seeking an Infra Dev Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our IT service management capabilities. With 8 to 10 years of experience focusing on optimizing and automating IT processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. You will be a valued member of the SNBG team Your contributions will directly impact our company’s operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions

2. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems

3. Provide technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform

4. Lead efforts to automate routine IT tasks

5. Monitor and maintain the health of the ServiceNow platform

Work model:

We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States.

What you need to have to be considered:

· Possess a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM with proven experience in developing and implementing IT service management solutions.

· Demonstrate expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to enhance process automation.

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.

· Have a solid understanding of IT service management best practices.

· Show proficiency in automating IT processes.

These will help you stand out:

- Good English level B2 or Above

- Proven experience working with ServiceNow

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITIL Foundation Certification

- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
