Infosec Architect-SR
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Infosec Architect to join their team. As an Infosec Architect, you will be part of the Information Security Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, expertise in cyber controls, and a strong background in security architecture and design, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Infosec Architect, SR Location: REMOTE (8-5 EST) Pay Range: Market Rate What's the Job? • Assist in the development and maintenance of security architecture frameworks for technology systems. • Collaborate with IT partners to understand current solutions and embed security controls effectively. • Participate in decision-making processes related to new hardware and software technology adoption. • Support the creation of strategic cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. • Provide advisory services to security teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. What's Needed? • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or related fields. • Proven expertise in communication, cyber controls, and security design principles. • Experience with PCI compliance, audit processes, and IT engineering practices. • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, SOX, CCPA, GDPR, and control frameworks like NIST 800-53, ISO 27001. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including architecting multi-cloud environments.
