This position resides on the Digital Content Solutions team in the Bureau of Enterprise Applications within the Chief Information Office. Develop and support IBM Datacap, Azure OCR, and FileNet applications and workflows. Gather requirements, design solutions, test systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation. Coordinate with business units, manage requests in ServiceNow, report project status, and provide onβcall support. Client Server Programming: includes coursework in the definitions, requirements, benefits, and terminology of client/server computing, hardware and software components, architecture, and application development. Object Oriented Programming: includes coursework in the design and implementation of computer programs from the object-oriented point of view. Demonstrated experience in Object Oriented Programming (any language). Demonstrated experience with Datacap development. Ability to interact with both technical and business staff. Ability to participate in all phases of the system development life cycle. Ability to take ownership of a task and usher it through completion.
