Information Technology Contract and Procurement Analyst

The Information Technology Contracting and Procurement Analyst will coordinate and manage the procurement process for IT and non-IT goods and services, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the procurement process for IT and non-IT goods and services, including but not limited to processing Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals, Requisitions, Letters of Engagement, and Information for Bids Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and requirements Skills Experience with solicitations, procurement, letters of engagements, and/or contracting Experience with performing compliance reviews All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position If you are using education to meet MQs, please include your transcripts with your application package If you have a degree from outside of the United States, you must submit an evaluation of this degree to determine the US equivalency Company Overview They administer health and retirement benefits on behalf of more than 3,000 public school, local agency and State employers.
