Information Security Ops Analyst, IAM
About the position
The IDM System Administrator is a critical member of the NBCU Cyber Security IAM Operations team, responsible for being the face of our customers and providing excellent, world-class customer support. The System Administrator interfaces with all our businesses within NBCUniversal and provides support for Identity and Access Management, Directory Services, and DNS.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber IAM to help drive operations forward
ā¢ Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:
ā¢ Sailpoint and Waveset IGA system alerts
ā¢ CyberArk and Remediant Operations
ā¢ Active Directory and Azure (Entra ID)
ā¢ Have a flexible work schedule to be able to rotate shifts to accommodate on-call schedules when needed
ā¢ Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
ā¢ Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings
ā¢ Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alerting
ā¢ Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents
Requirements
ā¢ The IAM Systems Administrator must have 3 or more years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
ā¢ SailPoint, Oracle WaveSet, CyberArk or Remediant
ā¢ Active Directory/Entra ID Administration
ā¢ IAM System Administration and troubleshooting
ā¢ ServiceNow, JIRA, or other similar ticketing systems
ā¢ Windows / Linux / Mac Administration and configuration
ā¢ Knowledge and understanding of IDPs such as PING, OKTA, Azure
ā¢ Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting
ā¢ Basic Knowledge of SQL
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Scripting experience strongly desired (Python, Bash, etc.)
ā¢ Experience managing Web Servers (TomCat, JBoss, Drupal)
ā¢ Self-starter
ā¢ Fast learner and the ability to understand large, complex infrastructures
ā¢ Expertise working on a team with motivated cross-functional individuals
ā¢ The ability to work with demanding customers
ā¢ The ability to work as part of a team and share knowledge
ā¢ The ability to work directly with Customers and understand their needs and concerns
ā¢ Excellent communication and customer service skills
ā¢ Ability to work across platforms and with various support teams
ā¢ Ability to want to learn and grow
ā¢ Must be a team player
