Information Processing Officer (Remote)

Solar Works Energy is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Information Processing Officer to work remotely. The role involves processing, verifying, and maintaining accurate company information related to solar projects, customer records, and operational data while ensuring confidentiality and data security in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, review, and process digital information from various internal and external sources.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in cloud-based systems and databases.
• Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Organize and securely store electronic records following company procedures.
• Prepare and retrieve data for reports and management review.
• Communicate with team members remotely via email, chat, and video platforms.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
• Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies promptly.
• Meet deadlines and productivity targets while working independently.
• Follow remote work guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is an advantage).
• Experience in information processing, data entry, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers, cloud-based tools, and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
