About the Role: Information Executive - Center Information Systems We're seeking an experienced and skilled Information Executive to join our Center Information Systems team. As an Information Executive, you'll play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy and integrity in our core master data systems, specifically supporting store location data and B2B customer account information. If you're detail-oriented, passionate about data integrity, and have excellent customer service skills, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Execute requests to update store and customer account information in our core master data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Investigate and resolve data issues in a timely and efficient manner, meeting service level targets and maintaining data integrity standards. Provide A-list customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Manage demand volumes and prioritize tasks to meet service level targets, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process concerns and develop new processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Essential Qualifications: Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise-wide infrastructure interfaces , with experience in data management and data integrity. Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines , with excellent time management and organizational skills. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team , with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams in resolving process concerns and developing new processes. Ability to support projects and manage processes independently , including defining, developing, reporting, and executing various related tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role or industry , with a proven track record of success in data management and data integrity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
