We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Information Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing high-quality support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into our systems and databases.
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Required Skills
1-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
