Informatics Analyst
About the position The Informatics Analyst at CVS Health plays a crucial role in transforming health plan data into actionable insights for clients. This position involves collaborating with the Client Solution Team to leverage analytics tools like Tableau and Enlight, focusing on enhancing client plan performance through data-driven insights. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating across departments to manage client and broker requests, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of delivering personalized and affordable healthcare solutions. Responsibilities • Translate health plan data into comprehensive insights and actionable results for employers. • Proactively offer insights on client plan performance. • Effectively communicate and collaborate across departments to manage client and broker requests. • Become a subject matter expert for Client Management and clients related to the Enlight tool and their data. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and analytics. • Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively. • 1+ years of data analysis experience with beginning to intermediate Tableau skills. • Experience in statistical analysis and database management. • Understanding of relational databases, data systems, and data warehouses. • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Nice-to-haves • 1 year of Project Management experience. • Medical coding experience. • Knowledge of the healthcare industry. • 1 year working with Health Care Insurance, primarily with Self-Funded claims.
