Infor LN (Baan) Finance Consultant (USA & Germany) - (ISI-00051) Job Title: Infor LN (Baan) Finance Consultant Client: Multiple Clients Job Type: C2C / 1099 Location: • Position 1: Germany (Fluent German Required) • Position 2: USA (Hybrid – 20% Travel Required) Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Infor LN (Baan) Finance Consultant to support multiple clients in financial module implementation, optimization, and process automation within Infor LN ERP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial accounting, cost accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting within Infor LN. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation and optimization of financial modules in Infor LN (Baan). • Analyze and configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Tax Management modules. • Collaborate with finance teams, business users, and IT teams to ensure financial processes align with business goals. • Provide expertise on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements. • Support financial consolidations, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency accounting in Infor LN. • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, etc.). • Develop and implement best practices for financial workflows, approvals, and automation. • Work closely with technical teams for system customization, reporting, and integrations. • Provide training and end-user support for finance-related functionalities. • Assist in Infor LN CloudSuite Finance module migrations and upgrades. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as an Infor LN (Baan) Finance Consultant. • Expertise in Infor LN Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting. • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, tax compliance, and reporting standards. • Experience in financial process automation and optimization. • Ability to work collaboratively with finance, business, and IT teams. • For Germany Role: Fluency in German is required. • For USA Role: Ability to travel up to 20% as required. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Infor LN CloudSuite Financials. • Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting in Infor LN. • Experience integrating Infor LN Finance with external tax and reporting systems. • Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or service industry financial operations.
