The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada. Senior Infor ERP Application Consultant Role and Responsibilities: • Lead and support client software implementations. • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines. • Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation. • Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction. Education, Experience and Skills: • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business preferred. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting, sales order, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse applications. • Demonstrated experience in ERP application implementation and go-live processes. • Specific expertise in Infor CSD or SX.e, or equivalent ERP applications preferred. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Location: • Work from home. • Travel up to 30%. This position offers a competitive salary, additional incentive, with the potential for performance-based bonus.
