Influencer Program Manager for Climate Content
As Influencer Program Manager for Climate Content, you'll execute cross-platform influencer campaigns and lead relationships with our climate-focused client organizations. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change while flexing your creative muscles This is a full-time position through November 2026, with the opportunity for extension.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of climate organizations and climate-focused candidates.
ā¢ Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls.
ā¢ Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy, particularly as it pertains to climate content.
ā¢ Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets.
ā¢ Analyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as needed.
ā¢ Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients.
ā¢ Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements.
ā¢ Strategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processes.
ā¢ Stay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to environmental and climate news to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients.
Qualifications
ā¢ 3+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation.
ā¢ Confident communicator with a client services focus.
ā¢ Passion for intersectional progressive issues and a strong cultural competency.
ā¢ Climate policy knowledge and expertise.
ā¢ Deep understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape, particularly as it pertains to growing an online presence, working with content creators, and utilizing trends.
ā¢ Great organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-up.
ā¢ Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines.
ā¢ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines.
