The role involves executing influencer outreach campaigns, coordinating product seeding, and nurturing creator relationships. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and continuously grow a robust influencer database across tiers and platforms Execute high-volume outreach campaigns to recruit and secure creator participation for product launches, seasonal moments, and retail activations Coordinate product seeding end-to-end, including product selection, fulfillment, and shipping logistics Nurture long-term creator relationships, serving as a consistent and enthusiastic point of contact for the Lanolips community Track and report on outreach performance, creator conversion, and program ROI to inform ongoing strategy Skills 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a related field; beauty or CPG experience a plus Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach without losing the personal touch Familiarity with influencer platforms, seeding logistics, and basic performance reporting A genuine passion for beauty, social media, and the creator economy Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and ownership are celebrated Company Overview Lanolips offers ultra-hydrating skincare products that provide a natural, cruelty-free alternative to synthetic balms.
