About this role We’re looking for a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow Replika’s presence through authentic collaborations with creators and influencers across TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. You’ll build and manage our influencer marketing channel end-to-end — from discovering the right voices to shaping briefs that inspire content people actually love. What You’ll Be Doing • Build and manage Replika’s influencer marketing strategy, focusing on organic and paid creator partnerships. • Identify and engage creators who align with Replika’s mission and tone, across TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. • Craft creative briefs, guide storytelling, and coordinate campaign execution with internal and external partners. • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion. • Collaborate closely with the product and content teams to ensure consistent narrative and brand authenticity. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally within tech, lifestyle, or creative industries. • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and audience engagement strategies. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with creators and agencies. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and measurable impact. • Passion for storytelling, emerging digital culture, and Replika’s mission of meaningful human–AI connection.
