About the position
The Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with various teams to maintain consistency in messaging. This role is a 12+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential, primarily remote within the U.S.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the agency to facilitate communication between influencers and the client.

• Review and assess content from influencers to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

• Evaluate influencer content against business goals and suggest adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across different campaigns and messaging.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in Financial Technology.

• Experience in agency management and successful partnership development.

• Proven track record of leading integrated influencer campaigns from brief writing to launch.

• Expertise in both organic and paid social strategies.

• Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations.

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
