In this role, you’ll source, engage, and collaborate with influencers and content creators across multiple social media platforms to bring our unique shopping experiences to life.Key Responsibilities:Influencer Discovery: Identify influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Rednote, and more.Outreach: Initiate contact with leads to build relationships and present collaboration opportunities.Creative Proposals: Develop concepts and deal proposals tailored to influencers and campaigns.Negotiation & Deals: Negotiate terms and close agreements that align with Palmstreet’s goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).4+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related field.Proven success in account management, talent management, partnerships, or client services (experience at talent or influencer agencies is a plus).Prior experience in sales and negotiation.Passion for the digital ecosystem and familiarity with top-tier content creators.Ability to use data and insights to shape strategies and proposals.Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to client service.Passion for startups, handmade goods, or small businesses is a plus.Compensation:Part-time $40/hour with 20 hours per weekWhy Join Us?Influence the future of live shopping experiences in a role that blends creativity with technology.Work with a nimble, forward-thinking team supported by some of the industry’s best VCs.Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote position that respects work-life balance.Application Process:We’re excited to review your application and potentially welcome you to our innovative team!
