Influencer Marketing Associate

GlossGenius is building an ecosystem enabling entrepreneurs to succeed by offering a range of business management tools. They are seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to manage and grow their community of creators, overseeing the creator journey from outreach to performance reporting while utilizing AI to enhance operations.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage AI-automated workflows for initial creator outreach, and lead rate and contract negotiations that move approved creators from first contact to signed agreementServe as a relationship owner for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, building the kind of trust that makes them our best advocatesBuild and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for creator sourcing, contract tracking, content review, and campaign reporting — and document what works for the broader teamKeep campaign operations running smoothly by tracking active partnerships, key metrics, and deliverables with a high degree of accuracy and reliabilityAssist in creative feedback rounds across multiple stages, holding a high bar for what GlossGenius-quality creator content looks likeOversee posting logistics, include AI-automated delivery of posting instructions and approvals, and providing specific posting guidance as neededCreate and audit AI workflows for reporting on influencer program performance, and surfacing trends and learnings that shape future strategySkills1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media, or a related fieldA social-native thinker with a sharp eye for great content.
