Influencer Manager
🚀 Role Overview
Financial Europeans is seeking a sharp, persuasive, and highly adaptable Influencer Manager to join our remote team. If you're the kind of person who can read the room, sell ideas, and anticipate needs before they're spoken - we want you. In this role, you'll be at the center of our influencer marketing operations, managing both clients and content creators. We’re looking for someone with strong presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and align people - even in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
This is not just a coordination role. It’s for someone who can take ownership, lead conversations with confidence, and deliver results. If you're tech-savvy, quick to adapt, and thrive on building high-trust relationships, this role is for you.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management: Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients and influencers by understanding their real needs, even the unspoken ones.
Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign progress from pitch to delivery, ensuring results are achieved and clients are satisfied.
Upselling & Creative Expansion: Spot opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new ideas, angles, and creators — before anyone even asks.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with influencers, clients, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.
✅ Key Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in English and Greek is required; an additional EU language (e.g., German, Italian, Swedish etc.) is a strong plus
Outstanding communication and influence skills – you know how to gain trust, shape decisions, and move things forward
Tech-savvy and adaptable – you thrive in a changing environment and adopt tools quickly
Required: Hands-on experience with Notion and comfort working with CRM systems like HubSpot
Detail oriented with strong time management and independent work ethic
