Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Infant and Early Childhood Therapist. The therapist will provide specialized therapeutic services to children aged eight years and under, addressing developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing family-centered interventions, and collaborating with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support the child’s development. The therapist will also document treatment progress, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and contribute to program development as needed. Qualifications • Strong skills in early childhood mental health counseling, family therapy, and parent education. • Experience in providing guidance to caregivers to support children’s growth. • Experience in creating individualized treatment plans, conducting interventions, and tracking measurable progress. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; relevant licensure or certification preferred (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent). • Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, early childhood development, and therapeutic techniques is highly desirable. • Proficiency in documentation and strong organizational skills. • Commitment to working with diverse populations and communities with empathy and cultural competence.
