Profile: Business Analyst (Output) Domain: Motor & Assistance, Health Insurance Organization: Allianz Technology Role Overview The Business Analyst (Output) supports the analysis, definition, and delivery of insurance business outputs and documents across Motor & Assistance and Health lines of business. The role ensures outputs are business‑accurate, compliant, and aligned with Allianz carrier policies, regulatory requirements, and Allianz Technology delivery standards , operating within the Allianz Managed Operations & Services (AMOS) framework. Key Responsibilities: Complex Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and output needs, ensuring alignment with AOMS standards and best practices. Effective Communication: Proactively engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide insights, and ensure mutual understanding to secure optimal outcomes. Design, Development, and Testing Support: Collaborate with agile teams to support the design, development, and testing phases of output solutions, ensuring high-quality on-time deliverables. Troubleshooting and Defect Correction: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects identified during implementation phase and after production release. Qualifications: Experience in output design, preferably within a large-scale enterprise environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into effective output solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Excellent command in English (written and spoken). Ability to multitask and switch between several tasks efficiently. Experience working within agile teams, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
