Coastal Reliability Solutions LLC an established and growing Industrial Equipment Distributor seeking Technical Sales Specialists to develop new business while growing existing accounts within our business sectors that includes: General Industry, Mining, Marine, Municipal, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Power Position Summary:The Outside Business Development Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and developing business opportunities within a designated territory of NORTH FLORIDA.Essential Duties andResponsibilities:  Develop and implement sales and marketing plan with new and existing customers throughout territory.  Establish relationships with engineers, maintenance, and purchasing.  Meet with new and existing customers to promote products.  Respond to customer requests and issues.  Provide quotes to customers on product offerings, equipment repair.  Organize, maintain and keep on file all current sales document using CRM tools available.  Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, manufacturers application engineers, supplier representatives, and company management.AttractiveQualifications:  Relevant industrial sales experience.  Proven technical/mechanical and sales background.  Ability to make cold calls and open new accounts.  Experience in equipment in the industrial, mining, municipal and power sectors.  Knowledge of pumps and pump applications preferred.  Ability to analyze customer equipment and develop a strategic plan for Reliability Improvements.  Knowledge of Instrumentation, fluid measurements, drives and control applications preferred.  Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to develop and communicate a sales strategy and evaluate and document progress.  Ability to obtain information regarding potential business and relay that information to the team. Photos, rough drawings, specifications and equipment nomenclature will be to be thoroughly documented.  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.  Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including Salesforce.  Competency in bolthires applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.  Ability to work whenever required by your clients.
