Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Present and deliver long-term solutions impacting business and customer experience.
• Participate in networking and community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
About You
The company is looking for:
• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (within 6 months) with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative discipline.
• Preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact across business units and management levels.
• Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
• Preferred skills: process documentation improvement, data analysis, PowerBI, project management, and change management.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for intern positions.
Compensation & Benefits
• $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates.
• $2,000 stipend for relocation over 50 miles for on-site or hybrid internship/co-op.
• Hybrid work location in Pittsburgh/Moon Township, PA.
