Industrial Engineer – Remote (US)

We are partnering with a growing organization to hire an Industrial Engineer who is passionate about improving manufacturing operations and driving measurable process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that increase productivity and operational performance across manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do
• Conduct detailed process analysis within manufacturing environments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Evaluate production workflows and identify bottlenecks impacting throughput and operational performance
• Implement process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and operational consistency
• Perform time studies, workflow mapping, and line balancing initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership teams to implement improvement initiatives
• Apply industrial engineering methodologies and structured problem-solving frameworks to drive measurable results
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Work across multiple client projects and adapt quickly to different manufacturing environments and operational challenges

What Makes You a Strong Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Experience working in manufacturing environments focused on process improvement and operational optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate production systems and identify efficiency gains
• Experience conducting time studies, workflow analysis, or production line optimization
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and production teams
• Comfortable working in a project-based or consulting-style environment

Nice to Have
• Experience with CAD tools or manufacturing modeling software
• Familiarity with ERP or MES systems within manufacturing operations
• Exposure to multiple manufacturing environments or industries

Compensation and Work Setup
• Salary: $100,000 annually
• Employment Type: Full-time (contract option may also be considered depending on project needs)
• Location: Remote within the United States
• Work Environment: Project-based work supporting manufacturing clients across different operational environments
