This full-time, on-site role requires a motivated professional who can handle maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial electrical systems across various sites. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems on industrial equipment
Install and upgrade wiring, control panels, and motors in compliance with NEC and safety standards
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and keep detailed records
Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Ensure operations remain safe, productive, and up to code
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams across multiple facilities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting
Solid understanding of 480V systems, 3-phase motors, and PLCs
Strong working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to various company sites
