Industrial Designer (Analyst)

The role involves applying creative and analytical skills to design products and services, engaging in brainstorming sessions, and developing concepts through detailed design refinement. Responsibilities Apply your highest creative and analytical capabilities to the design of products, interactions, and services for our clients Research design trends and identify key design challenges Contribute to client presentations and participate in brainstorming sessions Develop concepts through detailed design refinement Use traditional design tools—such as sketching, CAD, and KeyShot—to explore ideas Create hands-on mockups, models, and prototypes Develop and manage CAD databases, including color/material/finish specifications and design-control communications for downstream engineering phases Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Vizcom, Copilot) to accelerate ideation, expand visual exploration, and support early-stage concept storytelling Gain experience across the full design process while contributing to internal initiatives that build technical skills and bring innovative ideas to life Engage with clients, vendors, partner organizations, and internal teams as an industry-leading professional and representative of PA Skills Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Industrial Design Recent graduate in Industrial Design or a closely related field Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for creative exploration Portfolio demonstrating compelling storytelling, thorough process documentation, broad concept exploration, concept development, creative solutions, and a refined aesthetic sensibility Ability to articulate a clear, well‑documented design process Excellent verbal and visual communication skills Self‑motivated, flexible, and comfortable working in dynamic environments Proficiency in 2D design tools, including analog and digital sketching and Adobe Creative Suite Experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with SolidWorks and KeyShot preferred Hands‑on prototyping skills with the ability to iterate and integrate feedback effectively Experience working within interdisciplinary teams and fostering cross‑disciplinary collaboration A distinct point of view and a strong individual design voice Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Vizcom, Copilot) is a plus Benefits Group medical insurance Health Savings Account with company match Teladoc and informed Nurse line resources Long term care plan Group dental insurance Vision plan 401(k) Savings Plan with company profit sharing contribution Commuter and Parking tax-savings benefit 15 days paid vacation days with the opportunity to buy five additional days 10 paid Holidays plus 10 paid sick days Company and Voluntary income protection benefits Gym and health incentive reimbursement Pet and legal insurance Plans Employee Assistance Plan Annual performance-based bonus Company Overview We believe in the power of ingenuity to build a positive human future.
