Indirect Tax Analyst - Associate

Responsibilities Solicit and gather tax exemption certificates from customers Validate accuracy of the certificate, issue tax credit and flag customer exempt Issue exemption certificates to vendors as requested following company guidelines Update customer exempt certs as required Gather tax data from the billing and accounting records, prepare work papers, file US and Canadian sales and use tax returns with associated schedules and initiate timely payments Prepare use tax calculation for promotional materials Respond in writing to notices from taxing jurisdictions Perform special projects as needed.
