This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and evolving tax department, contributing to automation initiatives, collaborating with an outsourcing provider, and engaging in strategic business partnerships within the Company.Role Overview:Gather indirect tax compliance data and support third-party preparation of global indirect tax returnsPrepare and enter indirect tax journal entriesPartner with Treasury Analyst to coordinate indirect tax paymentsPrepare US Property Tax ReturnsPrepare US Annual ReportsSupport indirect tax audits via data collection and organizationResponsible for maintaining monthly Indirect Tax balance sheet reconciliationsIdentify system process improvement opportunities for existing processes and drive positive changeEstablish and maintain best practices documentationSupport and liaise with the broader finance team on cross functional projects and initiatives How You Will Make an Impact: Passion for understanding processes and continuous process improvementOperates with a sense of urgencyEssential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business administrationAdvanced English LevelPrevious experience in Indirect Tax, preferably at an international levelDesired Skills and Experience:Willingness to understand major steps in compliance process, from data sourcing through filing and tax account activityAbility to identify and implement continuous process improvementsOperative understanding of tax cycle from planning through auditAbility to understand complex tax concepts and apply those concepts to minimize taxesAbility and desire to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with others throughout the Finance organizationOperates with a sense of urgencyAbility to motivate others to work towards established deadlinesGood business sense and creative problem-solving skillPassion for understanding processes and continuous process improvementPLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISHWhat’s in It for You?
