Job Description: The Independent Sales Contractor position acts as a Direct Sales Representative for our award winning sightseeing tour and activities company! Responsibilities: • Prospect and build sales through outbound efforts and generating lead opportunities • Sell Tours, Activities, and Gift Cards to new and existing customers • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Market our company through cold calls, social media, and in person when possible • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity • Though you work independently, each rep is part of a small sales team • Attend weekly team meetings through video conference What You’ll Sell: • Tours and activities for tourists, visitors, locals, couples, families, and friends • Group outings for teams, staff, or celebrations • Gift cards for employee recognition, birthdays, or client gifts Ways You Can Sell: • Visit small businesses or restaurants • Reach out to corporate event planners or HR teams • Promote on your social media • Cold call or email prospects • Get creative and come up with your own strategies What We Offer: • 100% sale-based pay- get paid on each sale– earn what you’re worth • Top reps earn $15,000–$20,000/month • Average earning is between $5,000-$10,000/month • Fun, unique product people are excited about • Sales materials, and training provided Commission Structure Highlights: • Uncapped earning potential • Earn pay on all personal sales • Unlock bonus per sale for selling add-ons • Unlock monthly bonus for reaching sales goals • Leadership promotions with additional income opportunities available for top earners Qualifications you should have for this position: • Minimum of 2-3 years prior sales experience required. Strong background in sales, particularly in outside, and B2B sales • Minimum of 2 years Higher Education • Excellent communication skills. Great at talking to people and networking • A positive attitude – above all you lead with kindness and understanding • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
