Company Description Strategic Surgical is a medical device distributor located in Cincinnati, OH focused on innovative technologies and solutions for surgeons and their patients in orthopedics and biologics. Role Description This is a contract and remote role for an Independent Medical Device Representative specializing in Extremities and Trauma. The role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, surgeons, and medical facilities. The representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices, providing detailed product knowledge, and ensuring that the needs of healthcare providers and patients are met effectively. Additional responsibilities include attending and supporting surgical cases, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating product training or demonstrations. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Medical Sales, including business development, lead generation, and account management • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships • Solid understanding of Medicine or Pharmacy principles, preferably with prior experience in the medical field • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with medical device regulations, compliance, and industry standards is an advantage • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for tracking sales activities • Relevant certifications or a degree in a healthcare, science, or business-related field is preferred Apply tot his job
