Key Responsibilities:
Β Generate new business by networking, referrals, and proactive client outreach.
Β Conduct consultations to assess clientsΒ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options, including auto, home, and other personal lines.
Β Provide clients with quotes, explain policy details, and assist them with the application process.
Β Maintain regular follow-up with clients and build long-term relationships.
Β Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive market information.
Qualifications:
Β State Insurance License (Property & Casualty).
Β Proven sales ability and self-motivation; ability to work independently.
Β Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Β Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
Compensation:
Β Competitive, uncapped commission structure with performance-based bonuses.
