Through our Producer Pathway Program, we partner with driven individuals from the ground up, giving them everything they need to build a real insurance business without the barriers that typically hold new producers back.

The Opportunity
This is not a typical entry-level job. The Sphere Group Producer Pathway Program is a launchpad for graduating seniors and recent college graduates who want to own their career in insurance — whether that means building an agency from scratch or establishing a high-earning book of business as an independent producer. We give you the carriers, the mentorship, and the infrastructure. You bring the hustle.
What You'll Do
• Build and grow your own book of business from day one
• Prospect, quote, and bind personal and commercial lines insurance policies
• Leverage our carrier portfolio to serve clients across multiple lines (auto, home, commercial, life, and more)
• Set your own schedule and manage your own pipeline
• Work directly with a mentor — an experienced Sphere Group producer — to develop your skills and strategy
• Work toward carrier direct codes and eventual agency ownership through our Partner Program

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated individuals across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia who are ready to bet on themselves. You don't need experience in insurance — but you do need the right mindset.
You're a great fit if you are:
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable with commission-based income and motivated by unlimited earning potential
• Eager to build something of your own rather than punch a clock
• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Coachable and committed to learning the craft of insurance sales
• Based in OH, PA, KY, or WV
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or holding a Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health insurance license
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline to succeed in an independent contractor role
Nice to Have
• Coursework or degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field, preferred
• Prior sales, customer service, or client-facing experience, preferred
• Existing local network in your community, preferred
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
