Independent HR Consultant (Contract / Project-Based)
Americo Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Independent HR Consultant to provide professional HR support on a contract basis. The consultant will work independently to assist with employee relations, workplace assessments, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities: • Conduct workplace reviews and assessments • Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution • Prepare professional reports and documentation • Provide guidance on HR best practices and compliance Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred • Experience in HR, employee relations, or workplace investigations • Knowledge of California employment law preferred • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to operate independently and maintain confidentiality Compensation: • Competitive, contract/project-based pay How to Apply: Please submit your resume, certifications, and references via Indeed.
