Are you a driven recruiter with a knack for spotting hungry, high-energy sales talent? We’re seeking an experienced Independent Headhunter to help us build elite door-to-door sales teams for fast-growing home service businesses specializing in power washing, window cleaning, and solar panel cleaning.
This is a fully remote, commission-only role with flexible hours—perfect for independent recruiters who thrive on performance and autonomy.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify, source, and screen candidates for residential door-to-door sales roles.
• Work directly with hiring managers or our internal team to understand role requirements.
• Use social platforms, job boards, and grassroots strategies to connect with active and passive candidates.
• Drive candidates through the funnel from initial outreach to final onboarding.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience in recruiting or headhunting, especially for sales or field-based roles.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, cold outreach, etc.) is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting in home services or D2D sales (but not required).
Compensation:
• 100% commission-based — you earn per successful placement.
• Competitive placement fees for each sales rep hired.
• Performance incentives for high-volume recruiters.
